What CasaVolk collects

CasaVolk collects the minimum data needed to operate the Discord bot, website, alerts, schedules, passes, and support workflows. This can include Discord user IDs, guild IDs, usernames, command usage records, payment-related metadata, and any email address you provide for receipts or account support.

How data is used

We use collected data to deliver command responses, manage access, process payments, send receipts, diagnose product issues, measure feature usage, and improve the platform. We do not sell personal data.

Analytics and vendors

CasaVolk uses infrastructure and analytics providers to operate the service. These may include hosting, payment, email, and analytics vendors. Analytics are used to understand product usage and platform health, and are configured to avoid sending unnecessary raw billing-profile details.

Retention and security

We keep data only as long as it is reasonably needed for product operations, support, fraud prevention, and legitimate business records. We use access controls, server hardening, backups, and other reasonable measures to protect service data, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

If you need billing-profile information corrected or want to request deletion of stored support or account details, contact us and we will review the request in line with operational and legal requirements.
